- 3-6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth Ops, or GTM Engineering-style role
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales
- Proven track record building outbound or pipeline automation
- Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with sequencing and enrichment platforms
- Comfort with structured data (SQL or similar a plus)
- Systems thinking
- Preference for building over manual patching
- Focus on durability over speed
- Comfort operating without a fully built playbook

- Design automations to eliminate manual work
- Build and maintain integrations for Salesforce and GTM tools
- Improve lifecycle workflows for complex deals
- Improve data quality, enrichment, and system reliability
- Build and optimize outbound workflows for CRM and data tools
- Translate strategy into account selection systems
- Create scalable outbound motions for enterprise pipeline
- Continuously optimize routing, segmentation, and engagement logic
- Identify bottlenecks in pipeline creation and deal execution
- Build dashboards to surface leading indicators
- Partner with Enablement to reinforce sales systems
- Work deeply within Salesforce and GTM tooling
- Use APIs, automation platforms, and light scripting
- Evaluate new tools for scale and maintainability
