As a GTM Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that empower Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Your role involves creating data products, building analytical models, and maintaining dashboards to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 3 years in Revenue, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or RevOps Insights role
• •Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• •Experience with Tableau or Metabase dashboards at scale
• •Familiarity with CRM data structures and funnel analytics
• •Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
• •Solid understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and retention metrics
• •Experience with machine learning models to predict customer behavior
• •Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• •Solution-oriented and comfortable solving complex problems
• •Fluency in English and German (minimum B2)

Aufgaben

• •Create data products that add value across the GTM organization
• •Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical models for the revenue funnel
• •Define funnel metrics, stage logic, and target tracking models with GTM Strategy
• •Ensure data actionability across Salesforce, HubSpot, and data warehouse sources
• •Collaborate with Salesforce and Systems Developers for data consistency and automated ingestion
• •Maintain executive KPI definitions in a single source of truth with Finance and Strategy
• •Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in GTM
• •Build and maintain dashboards and reports for all organizational levels
