- 2–4 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or customer experience consulting
- Solid understanding of Growth Tech stacks (CDP, DXP, commerce platforms, AI/ML or decisioning tools)
- Familiarity with emerging agentic AI paradigms and applications in customer-facing contexts
- Exposure to AI-driven use cases (personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, journey orchestration)
- Comfortable working with data concepts (identity resolution, consent, real-time activation)
- Clear communication with business, marketing, data, and IT stakeholders
- Skilled at bridging business needs with technology strategy
- Enjoyment of working in agile, cross-functional environments
- Ability to present complex topics in a structured and compelling way

- Shape commerce growth through AI-driven, autonomous customer experiences
- Support organizations in designing and scaling AI-driven commerce transformations
- Translate business strategy into actionable blueprints
- Enable intelligent, automated customer journeys and decision-making
- Translate business and marketing challenges into agentic commerce use cases
- Support the design of Growth Tech and Agentic Commerce strategies
- Contribute to assessing existing commerce and marketing technology ecosystems
- Identify gaps in AI enablement and automation
- Define operating models and governance concepts for AI agents
- Manage data ownership, privacy, and consent
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams on technical execution
