Anforderungen
- •Experience as a product manager, growth product manager, or in a role with clear ownership of product-led growth outcomes
- •Fluency in German and strong written communication skills tailored to customer-facing environments
- •Strong analytical capability and experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing tools
- •Experience working with or alongside models such as lead scoring, predictive targeting, or qualification logic
- •Ability to work from first principles and thrive in ambiguity with curiosity and autonomy
- •Experience in fintech, lending, B2B SaaS, or regulated products
- •Experience working with data science teams or involvement in modelling projects
- •Knowledge of the German SME ecosystem or B2B financial products
- •Experience working in or helping build newly formed teams

- •Own acquisition and activation outcomes for the German market
- •Identify opportunities and define hypotheses
- •Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design and test product-led growth initiatives
- •Deeply understand the German SME lending landscape and customer needs
- •Translate market insights into defined product problems and prioritized opportunities
- •Inform targeting and segmentation strategies for Marketing and Sales
- •Own the roadmap for acquisition and onboarding processes
- •Develop tools like lead scoring systems and eligibility checkers
- •Evolve website content and sign-up flows to increase conversion
- •Influence team capability by defining priorities and processes
- •Design and run A/B tests across messaging and product flows
- •Identify opportunities using data, customer research, and funnel analysis
- •Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data, and marketing teams
- •Align stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics
- •Translate business goals into testable hypotheses and actionable briefs
- •Establish operating rhythms and roadmap processes for the team
