- Ability to design, execute, and analyze multiple experiments in parallel
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, content, and operations teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, self-driven working style
- Based in Europe
- Willingness to relocate to Salzburg
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Strong interest in music
- Motivation to learn an instrument
Aufgaben
- Own user acquisition strategy and execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns
- Optimize organic campaigns across channels
- Build a lean creative production engine
- Produce performance assets
- Track the full funnel using analytics tools
- Optimize for revenue, CPI, CAC, retention, LTV, and subscription KPIs
- Expand into new markets and channels
- Experiment with organic growth levers
- Develop repeatable playbooks for growth initiatives
- Drive creator collaborations
- Activate social and community initiatives
- Support written content for website and lifecycle marketing
- Spot and launch pilot B2B partnerships
- Utilize offline tactics like merch distribution
- Implement targeted offline advertising
- Plan and run MyGroove's presence at events
- Represent the brand at music and education touchpoints
- Connect with musicians, educators, and partners at events
- Generate awareness, adoption, and insights from events
