- Executive-level storytelling and communication skills
- Experience working with C-level/senior leadership
- Ability to make assumptions, risks, trade-offs explicit
- Advanced, hands-on SQL skills
- Ability to navigate large, complex datasets independently
- Practical Python experience for exploration and analysis
- Strong understanding of attribution logic, funnel analysis, cohort analysis
- Experience with product and growth analytics tools
- Comfort connecting commercial and user behavior data
- Reside within CET ±2h in Europe (for remote)
- No relocation offered from within or outside the EU
- Reside in the EU
Aufgaben
- Transform data into actionable business decisions
- Drive key growth metrics like conversion, retention, and monetization
- Proactively identify and communicate data-driven opportunities and risks
- Develop clear, opinionated recommendations for commercial decisions
- Explain data insights and propose concrete product or funnel changes
- Build, maintain, and improve core dashboards and reports
- Design metrics, definitions, and visualizations for decision-making
- Understand and manage data collection, transformation, and storage processes
- Work with Tech to define required data events and attribution models
- Ensure data quality through commercial logic, technical testing, and monitoring
- Validate core metrics for accuracy and plausibility
- Bridge communication between leadership, marketing, product, and tech teams
- Direct external data consultants while maintaining ownership
- Manage 1-2 freelance Data Engineers/Analysts
- Plan to bring an additional FTE in-house over time
