- Mentor engineering teams.

- Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance.
- Lead Fill & Finish activities for Global Engineering.
- Collaborate with local lead engineers.
- Assure engineering and process design deliverables.
- Establish and review design requirements.
- Plan and develop process units and systems.
- Design layouts and functional flows.
- Establish and review project descriptions.
- Establish and review process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate design engineers for process equipment.
- Implement Octapharma engineering concepts and standards.
- Compare technical and commercial solutions.
- Ensure cGMP compliance for solutions and documentation.
- Collaborate with corporate functions and local engineering.
- Define strategic design solutions and standards.
- Support company capacity and efficiency requirements.
- Support standard transfer to local sites.
- Participate in further standard development.
- Serve as an internal consultant and expert.
