- Align with global production and technical standards
- Mentor and guide engineering teams
- Drive standardization and innovation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget
- Represent Global Engineering in local investment projects
- Collaborate with local Lead Engineers on deliverables
- Establish and review design requirements
- Plan and develop process units and systems
- Create layouts and functional flows
- Review project descriptions and process flow diagrams
- Coordinate design engineers for process equipment
- Implement Octapharma engineering concepts and standards
- Compare technical and commercial solutions
- Ensure cGMP level of solutions and documentation
- Collaborate on strategic development of design solutions
- Support company requirements for capacity and efficiency
- Transfer standards to local sites
- Participate in further development
- Act as internal consultant and expert in area of expertise
