As a Group Consolidation Controller, you will manage the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate reporting for both internal and external purposes. This role involves analyzing financial results, collaborating with teams, and driving improvements in reporting processes.

Anforderungen

• •3-5 years of experience with audit background
• •Advanced hands-on knowledge of technical consolidation process
• •Mastering of Excel
• •Experience with SAP FC
• •Strong understanding of accounting principles
• •Excellent analytical skills
• •Ability to work under tight deadlines
• •Effective communication and team skills
• •Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

Aufgaben

• •Produce consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements and tax reconciliation, in accordance with IFRS and SWISS CO standards
• •Lead the audit process for consolidated financial statements
• •Generate consolidated financial information for internal management reporting and ad-hoc requests
• •Analyze consolidated financial results to identify trends, variances, and anomalies
• •Provide insights to senior management to support decision-making
• •Collaborate with the group controlling team to align reporting principles on monthly and YTD balance sheet and profit loss statement analysis
• •Identify opportunities to improve the reporting process by unifying accounting principles
• •Drive the development and maintenance of Group accounting principles for efficient consolidation
• •Maintain central consolidation adjustments monthly and develop plans for local team maintenance
• •Define and develop the Group’s chart of accounts, including adjustments for newly acquired businesses
• •Set up and update internal control procedures, escalating issues related to the consolidation process
• •Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
