- •Completed commercial training or comparable degree
- •Several years of experience in customer support or key account management
- •Persuasiveness in presentations, workshops, or negotiations
- •Very good MS Office skills and basic knowledge of SAP CRM
- •Structured, solution-oriented work style
- •Confident demeanor and clear communication
- •Strong service orientation and willingness to learn
- •Enjoyment of personal interaction and explaining complex products
- •Willingness to travel regionally and nationally

- •Conduct regular on-site visits to clients
- •Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with relevant departments
- •Represent client interests within the organization
- •Oversee complaint management and act as an escalation point for important issues
- •Keep client data up to date
- •Collaborate closely with the sales team
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams in contract management and service delivery
- •Handle accounts receivable and claims management according to established processes
- •Facilitate information and communication flow regarding relevant client topics
- •Organize training sessions and present products and services to clients
- •Professionally represent the company at client events and continuously build relationships
