- Own the strategic vision and global evolution of Predictive Business Steering
- Establish predictive decision-making as a core enterprise capability
- Translate strategic themes into pragmatic process improvements and enhancements
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology
- Create a new operating model built on predictive intelligence
- Create and execute the roadmap to scale predictive steering globally
- Orchestrate Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, BI&A, and Tech around one predictive truth
- Represent market realities into global design and bring global design back into markets
- Lead adoption through the "messy middle" by enabling local champions and change agents
- Codify best practices and tailor approaches for markets at different stages of maturity
- Institutionalize the ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic across markets and planning cycles
- Embed the ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic into forecasting and steering routines
- Build a global network of transformation champions
- Accelerate adoption through transformation champions
- Challenge legacy thinking through transformation champions
