- Translate ambitions into governance, data, and action
- Support Board and Executive Team in articulating sustainability priorities
- Define and implement global sustainability strategy
- Meet regulatory requirements and advance firm’s ambitions
- Lead and develop Sustainability team
- Set high-quality delivery standards
- Foster strong engagement across the firm
- Enhance sustainability policies
- Implement controls for corporate, product, client, and regulatory commitments
- Monitor progress against corporate and investment commitments
- Align with regulatory, fund, and client expectations
- Establish oversight and governance routines
- Set goals, KPIs, and end-to-end reviews
- Drive decisions, actions, and risk mitigation
- Build sustainability data architecture
- Define required data elements
- Track progress and provide insights
- Enable timely reporting for Sustainability Report
- Support corporate, fund, and client reporting
- Collaborate with client teams and investment teams
- Respond to ESG requests
- Educate stakeholders
- Drive actions to meet commitments
