- Define inspection and test plans
- Support prototypes and first sample phases
- Ensure quality measures for new products
- Conduct supplier audits according to ISO standards
- Coordinate systematic process improvements with suppliers
- Manage supplier complaints and warranty cases
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions
- Track and analyze supplier quality KPIs
