- Coordinate with R&D teams on development priorities and resource allocation
- Analyze global market trends in industrial automation and PLC/IPC technologies
- Track competitor strategies and emerging technologies
- Coordinate with other product lines for integrated product bundling solutions
- Drive initiatives for next-generation automation solutions
- Foster collaboration across Centers of Excellence and business units
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated automation solutions
