- Optimize process chains, machines, and equipment
- Collaborate with suppliers and operations teams
- Develop proposals for global standardization of production processes
- Conceive production processes and integrate new technology
- Implement the Divisional technology strategy in projects
- Support projects from planning to handover to operations
- Apply internal and industrial standards
- Manage project timelines, quality, and budget
- Lead project teams professionally
