Aufgaben
- Lead a global team of 4-6 senior technology experts
- Drive deployment and scalable adoption of new technologies
- Coach and develop team members for effective performance
- Manage portfolio-level master plans based on technology roadmaps
- Identify and prioritize risk mitigation strategies
- Escalate portfolio challenges when necessary
- Define and drive the vision for technology deployment
- Contribute to PTT leadership in setting vision and priorities
- Align with Technical Development, Manufacturing, and governance bodies
- Ensure cross-portfolio alignment for global technical initiatives
- Prioritize technology implementation and guide investment decisions
- Define success criteria and track implementation progress
- Act as a digital thought leader in data and digital initiatives
- Provide direction and leadership for technology deployment stewards
- Enable teams to deliver new technology in CAPEX framework
- Solve operational challenges through innovative technology
- Drive network standardization in DP manufacturing
- Represent DP network needs in key governance forums
- Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Strategy, Quality, and DP Manufacturing
- Ensure rigorous project management practices
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential delays
- Enforce adherence to project timelines and resource constraints
