Anforderungen
- Advanced scientific degree (MD preferred, PhD or PharmD)
- Minimum 7 years pharmaceutical work experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development/R&D, or related functions at international level
- Experience or training in benign Hematology and bleeding disorders
- Experience in Medical Affairs supporting brands or disease area at international level
- Experience in creating post-approval studies, medical strategies, and launch plans
- Good understanding of R&D processes in pharmaceutical environment (drug development, approval, clinical trials, investigator-initiated trials)
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in key markets
- Availability for early/late meetings and attendance at scientific meetings on holidays/weekends
Aufgaben
- Lead global medical activities for Vonvendi
- Collaborate with global key functions
- Develop and lead global medical strategy
- Support GPT, R&D, Clinical Science, Quality, Safety, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Legal
- Review global promotional and non-promotional materials
- Represent the company with external scientific leaders, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory authorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with centers of excellence and KOLs
- Develop and implement business strategies for future and current products
- Lead development of global medical plans and strategies
- Create in-year medical tactical plan and budget
- Oversee functional plans supporting global medical strategies
- Collaborate with business partners for aligned brand strategy
- Participate in product development strategy
- Plan and manage global medical Advisory Boards
- Track and manage KOL engagement activities
- Represent the company at global regulatory meetings
- Support regulatory submissions for product information
- Define requirements and specifications for new products
- Review and address product complaints
- Maintain knowledge of medical science developments
- Lead capability building and training initiatives
- Develop and enhance partnerships with academic institutions and KOLs
- Represent Global Medical at internal and external meetings
- Present data on Benign Hematology product portfolio
- Support clinical research and evidence generation strategies
- Evaluate and investigate adverse events
- Incorporate AI-driven projects into strategic execution
