Anforderungen
- Master of Science in business administration or life science discipline or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- French and German language skills (plus)
- Strong ability to structure and balance multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Intellectual curiosity and acumen for customer relationship management
- Broad experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to reconcile conflicting goals (sales, inventory) for best company outcome
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow global and regional key accounts
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as primary commercial point of contact for strategic customers and distributors
- Understand and translate customer needs and market dynamics into commercial results
- Execute Aromas commercial strategy by aligning customer activities with strategic objectives
- Drive sales growth and margin expectations
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in olfactive ingredients, intermediates, and new molecules
- Navigate complex commercial and stakeholder environments
- Manage diverse decision-makers, contract structures, and regional regulatory requirements
- Maintain daily engagement with global and regional customers and distributors
- Build strong relationships to ensure consistent sales performance and margin improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Report to the Global Sales Director Aroma
- Ensure effective execution and governance of Aroma strategy and targets
