Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, statistics or law
- Professional certification in Risk Management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in international insurance and risk management industry
- At least 5 years’ experience leading/developing enterprise risk management and/or insurance management teams in complex global matrix environment
- Expertise in risk-informed decision-making, evaluating information from multiple sources, committing to action in complex/ambiguous situations
- Expertise in insurance policy forms and contract analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office apps, strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex risk topics clearly to senior management and diverse stakeholders
- Expertise in integrating AI into business processes, enhancing efficiency, fostering data-driven innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Strategic enterprise and risk thinking, applying holistic, forward-looking, risk-informed thinking
- Results and accountability leadership, taking ownership, setting priorities, driving execution for risk/insurance/business outcomes
- Executive influence and stakeholder partnership, building trusted relationships, communicating complex topics with clarity and impact

Aufgaben
- Develop and implement the global risk management strategy
- Lead innovation, governance, and management for the ERM system
- Promote risk-informed business decisions
- Support the achievement of strategic objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks
- Update and report enterprise risks to management and board committees
- Develop and adapt ERM tools, practices, and policies
- Lead the corporate insurance team
- Provide leadership for risk, insurance, and claims management
- Optimize risk transfer and manage the global insurance portfolio
- Procure and renew group-wide non-life insurance programs
- Maintain marketable risk quality through training and risk engineering
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of claims
- Serve as the primary operational contact for insurers and brokers
- Optimize insurance management processes
- Report insurance performance data and process indicators
- Contribute risk and insurance expertise in cross-functional projects
