- Deliver AI, data analytics, and technology platform capabilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI and GenAI use cases
- Ensure measurable outcomes in a regulated environment
- Oversee platform roadmaps, vendor partnerships, and cybersecurity
- Maintain data privacy and quality standards
- Lead and inspire a global team of 80 professionals
- Build capabilities in AI, data science, and analytics
- Drive change management with a people focus
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology and AI initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements
- Establish scalable governance and operating frameworks
