Aufgaben
- Lead the global Drug Product Development organization
- Strengthen Siegfried’s pharmaceutical development capabilities
- Drive DP technology advancement and project performance
- Ensure best-in-class R&D processes for multiple dosage forms
- Manage oral solids, parenterals, inhalables, and ophthalmics
- Evaluate customer requests for formulation and process development
- Oversee execution of global development programs
- Ensure successful transfer to GMP manufacturing
- Attract and mentor top DP development talent
- Manage development projects from preclinical through commercialization
- Lead the inquiry-to-offer process for new clients
- Create scientifically robust and competitive development proposals
- Oversee multi-site execution of the project portfolio
- Monitor scientific and technology trends for emerging opportunities
- Strengthen Siegfried’s reputation as a leading DP partner
- Develop global technology roadmaps across all sites
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and manufacturing
- Build and develop a high-performing global team
