Anforderungen

• 3+ years experience in digital content management, ecommerce content activation, or similar roles
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Media Design, or related fields
• Hands-on CMS experience or familiarity with enterprise-level content platforms
• Understanding of eCommerce content workflows, product launches, localization, and site governance
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements
• High organization, process-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and passion for content quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
• Enthusiasm for digital, curiosity for improvement, and proactive problem-solving approach
• Genuine passion for outdoor sports and cycling (plus)
