- Ability to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements
- High organization, process-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and passion for content quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
- Enthusiasm for digital, curiosity for improvement, and proactive problem-solving approach
- Genuine passion for outdoor sports and cycling (plus)

- Manage CMS updates and content publishing workflows
- Perform regular audits to ensure global governance compliance
- Collaborate with UX, Creative, and Product teams
- Coordinate localization workflows with regional teams
- Monitor performance to optimize engagement and conversion
- Improve digital tools and content scalability processes
- Manage content tasks within structured ticketing systems
- Develop rider-centered digital standards and experience enhancements
