- Ensure KPIs for direct material procurement and sourcing performance
- Achieve procurement targets for Corrugated Boxes category, including total sourcing costs
- Define and execute Corrugated Boxes category strategy
- Implement and manage strategic sourcing, VAT, design-to-cost, and TCO projects
- Phase in, evaluate, classify, develop, and phase out suppliers
- Conduct procurement market research and introduce supplier innovations
- Manage material and supplier risks
- Negotiate and award contracts with relevant stakeholders
- Perform contract management
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, guidelines, and laws
- Maintain Master Data and documentation
