Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field
- Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ideally in global, multi-entity environments
- Experience in highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical or healthcare) with strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise application landscapes, including broader digital transformation and IT setup contexts
- Proven track record driving complex transformation initiatives across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholder groups
- Ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations and international governance structures, and to influence without formal authority
- Structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style with high ownership
- Fluent English; German desirable
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation globally
- Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as central interface for Group functions, partners, affiliates, and HQ
- Enable effective collaboration and decision-making
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Oversee program planning, milestone tracking, and governance
- Drive implementation of globally aligned business processes
- Ensure organizational readiness and structured communication
- Coordinate global and regional rollout activities
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and external partners
- Contribute to development and integration of enterprise systems
- Support scalable and future-oriented digital landscape
