- Apply advanced engineering methods to design sustainable upgrades
- Provide optimized turbocharging solutions for engine installations
- Grow the global upgrade business with strategic partners
- Implement the product development roadmap and upgrade strategy
- Lead upgrade and retrofit projects as project manager
- Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
- Lead meetings with engine designers and classification societies
- Manage interdisciplinary tasks across internal and external interfaces
- Oversee field commissioning to validate new upgrade solutions
- Gather market insights to shape new value propositions
- Improve internal tools and workflows for better scalability
- Train the global sales force on new technologies
