Aufgaben
- Support breakfast routines
- Assist with morning wake-up routines
- Ensure participants attend breakfast and first sessions on time
- Provide a friendly, structured presence in the morning
- Hand over responsibilities to daytime staff
- Support evening activities
- Help students transition to quiet time
- Supervise evening social events
- Conduct evening roll calls
- Ensure participants are in assigned rooms by curfew
- Communicate noise level expectations
- Maintain bedtime conduct standards
- Create a calm, reassuring nighttime atmosphere
- Perform regular rounds of residential floors
- Ensure rules are respected
- Act as a reliable point of contact for students
- Uphold program rules with fairness and empathy
- Redirect inappropriate behavior
- Reinforce community guidelines
- Serve as primary contact for student needs and issues
- Collaborate with security to address concerns
- Keep a daily log of incidents and concerns
- Brief the Summer Camp Manager each morning
- Ensure continuity of care with daytime staff
- Provide occasional support on day excursions
- Supervise student groups during off-campus activities
- Assist staff during day excursions
- Ensure participant safety during off-campus activities
