Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Strong understanding of utility distribution networks
- Strong understanding of automation technologies
- Strong understanding of grid modernization trends
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Technical expertise in power systems and DA technologies
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, and Modbus
- Experience in developing market-specific sales strategies
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Solid understanding of pricing models and profitability
- Solid understanding of commercial strategy
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

- Define and maintain a channel strategy for business growth
- Onboard and nurture channel partners
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
- Define customer and partner plans aligned with strategies
- Analyze trends for growth opportunities and threats
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Execute sales plans and manage opportunities effectively
- Provide performance reporting to senior management
