- Fluency in English and German

- Handle guest requests
- Enhance guest experiences
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams
- Manage bookings and room availability
- Handle payments and other admin tasks
- Identify opportunities to upsell rooms and experiences
- Share guest feedback to improve service
- Onboard new team members
- Create a fun and supportive work environment
