Anforderungen
- Several years professional experience in branded hotels, ideally Accor Group
- Management experience in comparable position (front office/rooms division)
- Very good command of hotel IT systems, especially Opera Cloud
- Solid knowledge of front office, quality, revenue management
- Very good German and English, French an advantage
- Structured, resilient, efficient in busy situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, hands-on, team-oriented
- Communicative, engaging, confident manner

- Oversee front and back office operations.
- Develop front and back office strategy.
- Organize front and back office processes.
- Ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure high-quality service according to brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the front office team.
- Plan team deployment.
- Manage team cost planning.
- Collaborate with booking, revenue, housekeeping, events, and F&B.
- Contribute to budgeting.
- Set departmental goals.
- Monitor departmental results.
- Maintain active presence in daily operations.
- Perform Manager on Duty duties.
