- Define strategic roadmap for Front Arena tools
- Execute roadmap for analytics, trading, and risk management
- Engage with traders and platform managers
- Translate business requirements into functional specs
- Oversee implementation of new trading features
- Support redesign of market making systems
- Manage trade position and life cycle systems
- Ensure risk management and trade booking compliance
- Conduct user acceptance testing for tools
- Guarantee tools are performant and regulatory compliant
