- Anticipate opportunities for program line growth
- Develop technical and regulatory strategies for sales
- Handle access to satellite orbit and spectrum resources
- Share intelligence with business development and marketing
- Negotiate frequency coordination agreements with operators
- Participate in developing applications for spectrum management
- Analyze existing application operations
- Define new functionalities and applications with the team
- Write specifications and design software architectures
- Develop programs primarily in MATLAB
