In this role, you will be at the forefront of fraud prevention, conducting thorough investigations and analyzing data to uphold the integrity of the Group. Your efforts will enhance internal controls and foster a culture of fraud awareness across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in internal and/or external audit
• •3–5 years of hands-on experience managing complex investigations
• •Professional qualification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• •Strong data analytics skills and attention to detail
• •Fluency in English and proficiency in one additional language
• •EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit

Aufgaben

• •Support the Fraud Prevention & Investigations Manager in coordinating internal fraud investigations
• •Lead inquiries from the MSC Speak Up Line and other ethics reporting channels
• •Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraud and employee misconduct
• •Analyze financial data and transactions to detect irregularities
• •Interview witnesses and implicated parties, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Finance
• •Document findings and present actionable reports to Group Management and stakeholders
• •Conduct fraud risk assessments to evaluate internal controls
• •Contribute to improving the Group’s internal control framework
• •Monitor fraud trends and control failures to enhance prevention strategies
• •Develop and deliver fraud awareness training and workshops
• •Promote a strong fraud risk culture within the organization
• •Guide audit teams in embedding fraud detection controls into audit programs
