Anforderungen
- University degree in AI, mathematics, physics, or software engineering, data science
- Optional: 2-3 years engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
- Strong track record with build products (GitHub, portfolio, shipped systems)
- Process-design instinct and hands-on experience with analytical, generative, and agentic AI stack
- Deep understanding of model behavior's effect on enterprise outcomes
- Ability to operate autonomously, thrive under ambiguity and pressure
- Ambition to move fast and take risks
- Strong presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- German and English at C1+ level
- Willingness to travel 1–3 days/week in DACH for on-site client work
Aufgaben
- Work with clients to implement AI technology
- Build agentic systems for client value chains
- Deliver technical artifacts for production use
- Develop and codify build and deployment patterns
- Contribute to accilium and open-source community
- Stay updated on LLM and AI product developments
- Build strong relationships with client teams
- Identify AI deployment opportunities throughout engagements
- Expand accilium’s build capabilities for agentic systems
- Deploy solutions for internal value chains
