Anforderungen
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in fixed asset and financial accounting
- Additional qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/AA
- Ideally basic knowledge of SD, MM, and CO
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent command of German (written and spoken)
- Good English skills

Aufgaben
- Manage the entire fixed asset portfolio for multiple entities
- Coordinate with departments on investment orders and asset accounting
- Record additions and disposals of fixed assets
- Process transfers for cost center changes
- Calculate monthly depreciation and extraordinary write-ups or write-downs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile subledger and general ledger accounts
- Contribute to financial analyses and documentation
- Prepare asset schedules and depreciation simulations per IFRS
- Enter data into the parent company’s consolidation software
- Act as the contact person for auditors during year-end closing
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP projects
- Act as Key User for SAP FI-AA
- Organize and oversee fixed asset inventories
- Ensure necessary corrections in accounting records
