Anforderungen
- Trained mechanic, sheet metal worker, or fitter (min. 2 years aviation experience)
- Experience working on Airbus planes (ideally)
- Knowledge of aviation security and safety rules (FOD)
- Experience with mechanic, hydraulic, structure, fuel tank, A/C activities
- Licence for cherry picker and lift machine (ideally)
- Familiarity with mechanical and structural tools
- Familiarity with technical documentations
- Desire for multicultural teamwork and experience sharing
- Openness to shift work and weekend work
- Good English level (B1)
- Dynamic and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to freely report issues
- Ability to freely take initiatives

Aufgaben
- Perform aircraft assembly per work orders
- Follow drawings and technical documents (AMM, IPC, SRM)
- Apply sealant, paint, and other chemicals
- Perform riveting, drilling, and cutting
- Adhere to FOD rules
- Follow company internal procedures
- Comply with customer requirements
- Conduct visual inspections for quality
- Report issues on aircraft or work area
- Support the team on mechanical, structural, or electrical issues
