- FinOps certification (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner) (plus)
- Project management and/or cloud certifications (PMP/PRINCE2, Scrum, AWS/Azure/GCP fundamentals) (plus)
- Strong project/program management and coordination skills
- Solid PowerPoint skills (structured storylines, clear visuals, exec-ready)
- Ability to work across technical/non-technical stakeholders and build consensus
- Good communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Experience with cloud or FinOps initiatives (strong plus)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps or cloud cost management tools (plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate FinOps Target Operating Model implementation and rollout
- Ensure successful adoption of FinOps processes, tools, and governance
- Plan and manage FinOps TOM implementation projects
- Coordinate FinOps workstreams (tooling, processes, governance, training)
- Track FinOps workstream progress
- Align with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders
- Implement and document FinOps processes (allocation, showback/chargeback, optimization workflow, budgeting/forecasting)
- Support selection and rollout of FinOps tools and integrations
- Organize and track training, communication, and change management activities
- Monitor implementation risks, issues, and dependencies
- Propose risk mitigation strategies
- Report status, milestones, and outcomes to FinOps leadership and governance bodies
