- Manage lifecycle management and accountability standards
- Evaluate IT contracts and track vendor spending
- Provide recommendations for contract renewals and sourcing decisions
- Promote cost-conscious behavior across the organization
- Educate stakeholders on IT consumption cost drivers
- Define and monitor FinOps KPIs and savings realization
- Provide fact-based insights on usage and consumption patterns
