Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 3+ years FP&A (Controlling), cost analysis, or finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or consumer products
- Solid understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing cost structures, and D2C fulfillment economics
- High proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (Odoo or LucaNet)
- Experience building visual, actionable reports using BI tools (Tableau, GetKlar, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong business acumen and clear communication to finance/non-finance audiences
- Hands-on mindset in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with end-to-end ownership
