In this 6-month internship, you will join the Management Reporting team, assisting with financial reporting and analysis across a global portfolio of container terminals. You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, KPI development, and process improvements while learning how performance is measured in a complex environment.

Anforderungen

• •Currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a quantitative field
• •Coursework or projects in management accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, or data analysis
• •Strong numeracy and analytical mindset
• •Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, index/match, etc)
• •Clear written and verbal communication in English
• •Additional languages are a plus
• •Organized, detail-oriented, dependable
• •Comfortable working to deadlines with a supportive team

Aufgaben

• •Assist in compiling and formatting management reporting packs
• •Contribute to variance analyses against budget and prior periods
• •Support the development of templates and data collection
• •Track versions and consolidate data during budget cycles
• •Help build and maintain operational and financial KPI dashboards
• •Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting
• •Coordinate with finance teams at terminals for clarity on definitions and timelines
• •Assist in communications with Terminal Directors and senior management
• •Contribute to standardization and light automation of processes
• •Maintain checklists, data dictionaries, and process notes
