Aufgaben
- Monitor the Order-To-Cash process for ADC Germany webshop
- Ensure timely processing and invoicing of all orders
- Drive improvements in the cash collection process for better visibility, speed, and accuracy
- Facilitate communication between technical reimbursement and cash collection processes
- Oversee the reconciliation between the internal general ledger and external sub-ledger
- Escalate challenges to Senior Management promptly
- Book bad debt reserves and sales allowances while analyzing cash collection risks
- Prepare quarterly and annual Balance Sheet forecasts with high accuracy
- Report monthly on actual vs benchmark for Balance Sheet
- Act as a financial business partner in meetings with Statutory Health Institutions
- Troubleshoot financial issues in daily operations
- Provide ad-hoc support for order-to-cash related projects
- Review and approve rebate agreements and disbursements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and SOX requests
