- Many years of experience in financial controlling or business planning, ideally in industrial or service environment
- Strong expertise in financial planning, business case development, strategic financial analysis, controlling methods, cost accounting, KPI and performance management, and pricing/margin management
- Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools like Power BI
- Solid understanding of cross-functional processes, master data structures, and reporting logic
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations
- High ownership, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Additional language skills
