- Perform technical tasks at customer sites
- Plan and execute service work based on customer orders
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
- Adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets
- Collaborate with service project management and field service leadership
- Communicate necessary changes according to quality assurance standards
- Comply with work instructions, regulations, and safety standards
- Submit time reports and expenses
- Inform customers about service offerings
- Support the acquisition of additional service orders
