Installing, servicing, and repairing bioproduction hardware and automation products at customer sites across Switzerland, France, and Germany. - Experience in bioproduction sector

- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in German highly desirable
- Proficiency in French highly desirable

Aufgaben
- Travel to customer sites in Switzerland, France, and Germany
- Install, service, update, and repair Thermo Fisher SUT hardware and automation products
- Provide expert technical support and problem-solving for bioproduction equipment
- Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs on high-value analytical instruments
- Perform commissioning and qualification using SAT and IQ/OQ protocols
- Combine technical expertise with customer service to address complex issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Train customers and internal Sales team on product usage and technical assistance
- Report activities on Sales Force Service desk and provide customer feedback
- Optimize revenue and new product development opportunities
- Assist in demonstrating products to potential customers
- Maintain technical competency through trainings and meetings
