- Experience as HP Field Service Engineer or HP Operator on HP digital presses
- Completed technical training at intermediate or higher level with knowledge in mechanics and electronics
- Good understanding of electronics, mechanics, PCs, Windows software, basic networking skills, and pneumatics/hydraulics
- Strong troubleshooting skills down to electronics component level
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- Experience with installation and breakdown of complex industrial products is a plus
- Ownership of assigned cases and customers
- Experience as HP Field Service Engineer or HP Indigo Operator on HP digital presses
- Intermediate or higher vocational technical background covering mechanics and electronics
- Good understanding of electronics, mechanics, PCs, Windows software, basic networking skills, and pneumatics/hydraulics
- Strong troubleshooting skills down to electronics component level
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience with installation and breakdown of complex industrial products is a plus
- Prepared to travel within assigned region with occasional overnight stays
