- Support development and execution of field marketing plans
- Execute event and webinar logistics
- Provide customer conference support
- Manage customer communications
- Coordinate with internal teams on field marketing components
- Assist in developing and editing marketing content
- Create social posts, videos, and corporate templates
- Repurpose existing content for various uses
- Execute and optimize outreach programs on LinkedIn and other channels
- Organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events
- Manage event logistics and communications
- Oversee event app management and reporting
- Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting
- Analyze metrics using tools like Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, and Sigma
