- Educate physicians on Pascal technologies and device handling
- Train staff on implantation and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide independent clinical case support at assigned hospitals
- Certify centers and medical personnel on products and procedures
- Conduct one-on-one and structured training programs
- Drive upselling in strategic accounts with Business Managers
- Develop and improve training materials and curricula
- Validate field software and hardware updates
- Review market changes and competitive activity with sales teams
- Perform other incidental clinical duties as required
