- Assist the regulatory department with product registrations
- Help secure payments from assigned accounts
- Coordinate order management and inventory with customer service
- Support the preparation of tender participation
- Oversee technical services and external technicians
- Manage product complaints and field corrective actions
- Organize medical exhibitions and local training seminars
- Coordinate customer attendance at educational congresses
- Implement marketing strategies and utilize selling tools
- Manage and analyze the profitability of installed monitors
