- •Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers
- •Attend hospital lab cases to provide hands-on support
- •Give continuous feedback to the development and sales teams
- •Travel to meet clients and identify patient care needs
- •Build relationships with key hospital decision makers
- •Resolve customer complaints with creative technical solutions
