- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience in single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development
- Strong scientific communication and training skills
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to support customers across multiple countries
- Experience in customer-facing scientific role
- Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering
- Fluent English
- Additional European languages
- Commercial awareness and business understanding
- Focus on after-sales support and customer success
Aufgaben
- Deliver customer training and technical presentations
- Provide application guidance for successful technology use
- Serve as primary scientific contact for application questions
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows in the field
- Support customers with technical documentation and training materials
- Maintain accurate records of support activities
- Collaborate with service, support, development, and commercial teams
- Relay customer feedback to improve experience
