Aufgaben
- Support Clario's facilities across Europe, focusing on Estenfeld, Germany
- Ensure seamless delivery of facility operations and building management
- Manage maintenance teams, housekeeping, reception, cafeteria operations
- Handle asset management, visitor management, and security protocols
- Support facility layout standards for electrical systems, HVAC, IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with local contractors and departments for compliance
- Coordinate logistics for opening, relocating, or closing facilities
- Manage security systems, access control, furniture, signage, and telecommunications
- Participate in capital expenditure budgeting and manage purchasing requests
- Forecast and prepare facility-related budgets
- Conduct financial and business analysis, prepare expenditure reports
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws and company standards
- Develop and refine facility standards and procedures
- Maintain relationships with local management teams
- Report at management meetings and deliver business-critical reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for landlords and authorities
- Build and maintain relationships with local building management
- Manage third-party contractors and vendors for facility maintenance
- Monitor completed tasks, oversee technical acceptance, and approve invoices
- Manage leases and facility agreements, ensuring timely renewals and negotiations
- Support sustainability initiatives by tracking and reducing emissions and waste
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and track energy consumption
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
- Coordinate safety and facility-related training for employees
- Assist colleagues in resolving internal issues and support shared goals
- Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs and operational guidelines
- Enhance expertise through company-sponsored training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
